TECEZE is seeking a Field Support Specialist (Freelance / Dispatch) for a 12-month engagement in France. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and software within established guidelines. Imaging of laptops/desktops and printer management are core responsibilities.
You will work with OEM vendors for parts, perform hardware repairs, and provide VIP support with high-touch service. Strong knowledge of DHCP/DNS and Office 365 support is required, along with asset inventory
