We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurants, bar, and in-room dining operations, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warmth, attention to detail, and excellence that define Zannier Hotels.

Your Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of all F&B outlets while inspiring and developing a passionate team committed to delivering personalized service.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Executive Committee, you will drive operational excellence, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the continued success of one of Megève's most distinctive luxury boutique hotels.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Inspire, coach and develop a motivated, service-driven team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through genuine and personalized hospitality.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seamless dining experiences.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, productivity and cost control.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion Zannier Hotels' values of authenticity, sustainability and attention to detail.

About You

You are a natural leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and people. You bring:

• Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage within luxury hotels or fine dining environments.
• A hands‑on management style with strong operational expertise.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for developing teams and creating a positive working environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
