Team
Team: Customer Success – based in Cologne, with a possible secondary option in Paris for German‑speaking candidates.
Team Composition: Customer‑facing team managing a portfolio of around 20 accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams including Product and Analytics, as well as key account clients.
Role Overview
This is a Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment focused on managing and growing existing client relationships through strategic, long‑term support that helps clients achieve their KPIs through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key account clients to ensure long‑term success and loyalty.
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.
- Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data‑driven insights and recommendations to both C‑levels and end‑users.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies.
- Confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Eagerness to proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and contribute to business growth.
