Customer Success Manager

You will be the trusted advisor of your customers, taking over the account once the contract is signed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and build strong ROI for customers.
  • Guarantee zero churn.
  • Boost upsell and cross‑sell within your portfolio of customers.
  • Onboard key users after the delivery team completes the setup phase.
  • Define and implement joint success plans and achieve agreed ROI targets.
  • Manage multiple accounts proactively to ensure success in renewals and product adoption.
  • Identify and close opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate for customers with product teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision makers and champions.
  • Develop success stories with customers and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Share insights with the sales team to support deal closure.
  • Monitor service levels with the support team to maintain high quality.

Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
  • 6–7 years of experience in SaaS B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Proven background in enterprise customer‑facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Highly organized, deadline‑driven, analytical and solution‑oriented.
  • Strategic thinker who rolls up sleeves to deliver results.
  • Comfortable traveling to and working with international customers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain or transport is a plus.
