Event Specialist | French Market (Paris)

Event Specialist | French Market (Paris)

This role is about running events from the first brief to the final debrief, both for the internal team and for outside audiences like trade fairs, conferences and webinars. A strong candidate has a few years of event or project coordination behind them, stays organized across many projects at once, and manages suppliers calmly. Native French and fluent English are needed, and Italian helps.

How it fits the AI era

AI tools can speed up the routine parts of event work, such as drafting invitations, summarizing feedback, building schedules and producing visuals. What stays human is the judgment on the ground: handling suppliers, solving problems live and making guests feel welcome. At a company selling AI to lawyers, events are also where trust is built face to face, which tools cannot replace.

How it builds AI experience

Working at an AI legal platform gives close exposure to how a fast-growing AI product is introduced to professionals through events, demos and partner activations. Someone can build relevant experience by using AI tools for event copy, agendas and post-event reports, and by learning the event and registration platforms the team already uses. Seeing how lawyers react to AI at conferences is also a useful lesson in how the product is perceived.

Worth showing

• Supplier and venue management
• Clear French and English writing
• Tracking event results and feedback
