ERP Project Consultant / Project Manager

• Lead the entire project from design through production deployment, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Analyze client needs and define functional and technical configurations.
• Draft workshop minutes and reports.
• Plan and coordinate the different phases of the project.
• Lead and coordinate the team of functional and technical consultants.
• Specify product enhancements and interfaces.
• Deliver training to key users.
• Support business leads with configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
• Supervise project monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Communicate with client contacts and all project stakeholders.
• Produce reporting for the project director.
• Monitor and secure invoicing and the project budget.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (ERP consultant / ERP project manager).
• You master the main phases of an ERP project: design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Good understanding of business management processes, ideally Finance/Accounting processes.
• Project management skills: planning, budget tracking, and action planning.
• Autonomy, rigor, initiative, analytical mindset and a strong client service orientation.
• Mobility for frequent travel within France.
