Functional Project Manager (AMOA)

• Lead projects to evolve tools and operational processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements from the Operations Department and translate them into functional specifications
• Represent the Operations Department to the IT department (DSI)
• Provide functional oversight of projects and enhancements
• Organize and manage business acceptance testing (UAT)
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) such as a business school degree, Master's in Project Management, or MIAGE (Computer Science applied to Business Administration)
• Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in a services environment, client relations, or digital transformation is a plus
