Salesforce Consultant

• Lead business and IT workshops
• Document the client's business processes
• Write functional documentation
• Configure Salesforce according to requirements and in compliance with documentation
• Support the implementation through to deployment of the solution using an agile approach
• Represent Niji's commitment on projects
• Ensure strong relationships between our clients, our partners and Niji

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience with Salesforce
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce
• One or more Salesforce certifications
• Comfortable with verbal and written communication
• Enjoy client interaction and collaborative work
• Comfortable working in English
