About the Role
You will be at the heart of our revenue growth. Your focus will be on generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while scaling and stabilizing the sales team. With a growing pipeline (+50% in the past 3 months), you will be instrumental in converting leads into long-term clients and influencing the company’s product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and track market trends, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into our product development.
- Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing.
- Understand customer needs, buying cycles, and gather key prospect information to generate interest.
- Collaborate with the VP Sales, Product team, and Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Advocate best SaaS Procurement & Management practices to promote our solutions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling to Enterprise clients (experience in fintech is a plus).
- Experience managing and closing deals with €100K+ ACVs.
- Experience with generating and managing ARR growth, with a focus on scaling sales processes and teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with an ability to mentor junior team members.
- Resilience, a growth mindset, and a natural ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a high-performance sales culture.
