End User Support Specialist

About the Role
The End User Computing (EUC) Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing devices, and delivering high-quality IT support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Install and update software applications
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Handle IT service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees (device setup, account creation)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in EUC / Desktop Support / IT Support (L1 level).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment.

Language Requirements:
- English: Minimum C1 level (professional working proficiency)
