Information Technology Support Engineer

Working Hours: 7-hour day (07:00–15:00 or 11:00–19:00)

Overtime: Weekend overtime available

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support within a corporate banking environment in central Paris. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality frontline support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining system reliability across hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users across hardware, software, application, and network-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues efficiently
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
• Support corporate mobile devices (configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
• Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and security permissions
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams on upgrades and system improvements
• Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and maintain hardware/software asset inventory

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, business applications, and network connectivity
• Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Previous experience within a banking or financial services environment
• Experience working onsite within structured, corporate environments

Language Requirement

• Must be fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
