Bizoforce is hiring Field IT Support Engineers to provide end-to-end onsite IT support across multiple locations in France and Germany. The role focuses on desktop support, IMAC services, network troubleshooting, conference room support, and data center hands-and-feet activities while ensuring SLA adherence and compliance with organizational standards.### Experience

Level: Mid-Level IT Support Engineer

Experience Required: 3–7 Years in Field / Onsite IT Support### Key Responsibilities1. End-User & Desktop Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Manage device imaging and deployments
  • Support Mac devices and Microsoft Office 365
  • Provide printer setup and troubleshooting2. Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, DHCP, DNS issues
  • Provide hands-and-feet support for backend teams
  • Assist in server mounting, rack labeling, and cable management
  • Support data center operations including device reboot, console access, racking/stacking3. IMAC & AV Support
  • Execute Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) services
  • Provide VIP support for conference rooms and AV technologies
  • Coordinate with vendors for AV and OEM hardware support4. Vendor & Asset Management
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors for repairs and replacements
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset lifecycle documentation
  • Support procurement and compliance audits5. Process & Compliance
  • Adhere to SLAs and IT policies
  • Ensure GDPR and local data protection compliance
  • Maintain incident documentation and update knowledge base articles6. Communication & Collaboration
  • Communicate in English and local language
  • Provide after-hours and time-zone-based support when required
  • Support recurring meetings and business events
