Responsibilities
- Support the HR department on the full scope of employment/social law matters across the company
- Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue
- Support the implementation of collective agreements and the DUE (single risk assessment document), ensuring follow-up of diagnostics and associated action plans
- Participate in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE)
- Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor employee contractual documents
- Coordinate follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners
- Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation)
- Maintain active legal monitoring and provide advice and expertise to teams
Requirements
- Master\'s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Labor/Social Law
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in a similar role, preferably in a transforming or multi-site environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a strategic perspective
- Structured organization and rigorous priority management
- Ability to work autonomously in managing and following up cases
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
