Employment Law Counsel

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR department on the full scope of employment/social law matters across the company
  • Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue
  • Support the implementation of collective agreements and the DUE (single risk assessment document), ensuring follow-up of diagnostics and associated action plans
  • Participate in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE)
  • Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor employee contractual documents
  • Coordinate follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners
  • Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation)
  • Maintain active legal monitoring and provide advice and expertise to teams

Requirements

  • Master\'s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Labor/Social Law
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in a similar role, preferably in a transforming or multi-site environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take a strategic perspective
  • Structured organization and rigorous priority management
  • Ability to work autonomously in managing and following up cases
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
