Responsibilities:
- Prepare for and participate in representative bodies (Works Council - CSE, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee - CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue.
- Support the implementation of collective agreements and risk assessment documents (DUER), ensuring follow-up of related diagnostics and action plans.
- Take part in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE).
- Draft, secure and monitor employee contractual documents.
- Coordinate the follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners, including law firms.
- Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation).
- Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Employment/Social Law
- Minimum of 5 yearsxperience in a similar position within a transforming organization or multi-site environment
- Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective
- Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
- Autonomy in handling and following up cases
- Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.
