Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Electronic board & Equipment Assembly Preparer (f/m) to join our Avionics & Simulation department at the 1YY production unit in Toulouse, France. You will be responsible for manufacturing and repairing electronic boards and flight control computers for all Airbus programs (A320, A350, A400M, etc.) and play a key role in securing the production ramp‑up and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage manufacturing files (BOM, SOI, routing) based on product definitions to ensure high‑quality electronic assembly.
- Define and optimise production processes, including industrial timings, tooling specifications and configuration management for serial production.
- Provide technical support to the shopfloor, solving production issues, handling deviations and implementing corrective actions with the quality team.
- Lead industrialisation projects for new products, ensuring the seamless transition from design to serial manufacturing across cross‑functional teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the production unit to improve cycle times, costs and overall process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electronics manufacturing or production methods.
- Technical expertise in electronic‑assembly processes, configuration management and PFMEA/PPS tools.
- Proficiency with management tools such as SAP (PGI/PEA), IBM or QuadView.
- Strong collaborative mindset and proactive technical problem‑solving skills.
- Analytical and rigorous approach to documentation quality and strict adherence to aerospace regulations.
