Manufacturing Configuration Engineer (f/m)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Manufacturing Configuration Engineer (f/m) to join our team based in Toulouse, France.
In this role you will translate engineering changes into operational manufacturing instructions, manage the digital platform for Constituent Assembly definition and cascade, and ensure configuration control and technical compliance.

Responsibilities
- Analyze industrial change impacts from modification dossiers and build process changes to define the most efficient Point of Embodiment (PoE).
- Execute Constituent Assembly (CA) cascades with configuration dictionaries in the digital platform to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor technical compliance and attestation consistency, including Delta 2 gaps management and baseline follow‑up.
- Ensure Manufacturing Engineering constraints are fully integrated during the MOD Instruction process and inform Process Engineers of repercussions.
- Contribute actively to the Change Process by filling PRS documentation and conducting CAIR monitoring.
Requirements
- Education: Master degree in General or Mechanical Engineering.
- Technical expertise: strong knowledge of Airbus Business Process flow charts.
- Stakeholder management: exceptional communication and synthesis skills with proven experience in Multi‑Functional Team (MFT) environments.
- Language skills: professional English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Project mindset: ability to work with proactivity and autonomy in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
