Electrical Systems Architect for Hybrid Propulsion – Toulouse, France.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical baseline of the demonstrators, lead trades, and establish a robust requirements cascade process.
• Evaluate technical choices through analysis, simulation, and related activities.
• Provide requirements to the electrical components and support workpackage leaders in charge of development with external partners.
• Capture and capitalize results and lessons learned from testing.
• Release the technical dossier for flight‑worthy demonstration.

Qualifications

• Master degree in electrical systems with solid experience in electrical propulsion applications.
• Experience managing high‑power and high‑voltage systems in an aeronautic environment (minimum 5 years).
• Significant experience in systems engineering and integration of complex systems (minimum 10 years).
• Strong communication and influence skills in a transnational environment.
• Ability to set priorities and make decisions.
• Eagerness to learn and foster innovation.
• Negotiation level of English.
