Electrical Engineering Manager

Electrical Engineering Manager – Data Centres – Paris, France

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC and cooling systems for major data centre projects.

In this role, you will manage the entire electrical package covering power distribution, UPS systems, and backup generation, from design review through procurement, construction, quality assurance, and defect-free handover. You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure systems meet safety, performance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electrical systems delivery from design to completion.
• Lead a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with strict site safety protocols.
• Review and optimise designs for buildability and performance.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management, and progress reporting.
• Maintain schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality through inspections, audits, and commissioning readiness.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience delivering electrical works for large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.
• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Safety for Managers training or equivalent.
