Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Finance or Management
• Proven experience of at least 5‑7 years in management control / FP&A, with a specialization in E‑commerce, Digital Retail or Omnichannel
• Strong data mindset and proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ERP systems
• Fluent in English

Job Duties

• Drive the financial and operational performance of the E‑commerce channel (own websites and marketplaces)
• Ensure a clear and reliable reading of the E‑commerce P&L to identify levers for performance optimization
• Manage forecasting processes (budget, reforecasts, strategic plan)
• Act as a key partner to the Digital Director to inform investment decisions
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 3 team members
• Structure and harmonize financial processes to improve efficiency
