Regulatory Reporting Consultant – Banking

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Departments of major banks.
• Implement large regulatory transformation projects (ESG, Basel IV, CRR3/CRD6, IREF, BIRD…).
• Monitor and manage liquidity ratios (LCR, NSFR…), solvency metrics (RWA, SCR…) and resolution metrics (LDR, MREL, TLAC…).
• Ensure regulatory and prudential reporting compliance (FINREP, COREP…) following recommendations from the ECB or other supervisory bodies.
• Optimize internal controls and risk management processes.
• Define target processes and governance, and support business lines during implementation of new tools.
• Improve and secure the data quality of regulatory deliverables (impact analyses, proposing solutions and implementing them).

Requirements

• Master's degree (e.g., business school / university), DSCG, Master CCA, or Master in Finance.
• At least 2 years' experience in a consulting or audit firm, a financial institution, or with a banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, …).
• Strong knowledge of national and international reporting and regulations with significant impact: IFRS standards, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, Surfi, Basel…
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, planning, budget management, quality plan, team leadership and coordination).
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English.
