Apply field-specific expertise to the creation and review of IXO training examples.

Responsibilities

• Review model responses and professional material for correctness, logic and domain practice.
• Annotate examples consistently and support decisions with reasons.
• Flag ambiguous, inconsistent or out-of-scope material with enough detail for escalation.
• Author prompts, reference examples and realistic tasks that challenge model reasoning.
• Review other expert feedback and document recurring performance problems.

Background

Bring demonstrable expertise in a professional or academic domain, strong written English and the ability to critique complex material. Three or more years of practice and a record of strong professional writing are preferred. Relevant evidence includes technical documentation, research, analytical memoranda or strategy presentations. Prior annotation, teaching, research, prompt design and AI review are useful but not mandatory. No previous AI role is required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables are labeled examples, supported evaluations and a reproducible record of decisions. IXO will agree the scope, schedule and review criteria before work begins.

Pay is $150 $210/hr in USD. Work is remote.
