Use teaching experience to evaluate whether AI-generated instruction actually helps the intended learner.

Responsibilities

• Build a teaching problem with a learner level, relevant constraint and common misconception, then write its reference answer.
• Review explanations, worked examples, lessons and assessments for correctness and learning value.
• Identify material that is factually correct but too advanced, poorly sequenced or likely to reinforce a misconception.
• Explain whether an assessment tests the skill or knowledge it claims to measure.

Background

Professional experience in teaching, tutoring or instructional design is required. Relevant areas include school teaching, higher education, test preparation, curriculum development, language instruction and educational technology. Bring clear writing and the ability to explain where a learner is likely to struggle. Assignments are aligned to the subjects and age groups you have actually taught; broad teaching experience does not imply qualification for every subject. Flag ambiguous instructions and distinguish a teaching preference from a genuine instructional defect.

Deliverables and pay

Outputs include educational scenarios, reference answers, instructional ratings and misconception-aware review notes. IXO will agree the scope, schedule and review criteria before work begins.

Pay is $35 $90/hr in USD. Work is remote.
