If you are unfamiliar with these requirements, please seek the advice of legal counsel.## ## **Job Description**We are looking for a experienced **Display & Paid Social Manager, in fixed-term contract,** capable of defining and leading the digital advertising strategy for the Group’s brands, ensuring campaign consistency across 10 corporate markets, ROI efficiency, and synergy with other marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams.**Key Responsibilities :** **Cross-Channel Strategy and Leadership**
- Define the Display, Paid Social, and SMO strategy across the Group in coordination with e-commerce, acquisition, marketing, product, finance, and local teams.
- Ensure campaign consistency across all digital channels (display, social, retargeting, VOL…) and alignment with business objectives and overall brand strategy.
- Define and manage the media roadmap, including activation planning, budget management, and prioritization to maximize ROAS.
- Oversee annual budget management and allocation, ensuring effective investment* across platforms and campaigns throughout the year.**Campaign Management and Performance**
- Supervise and optimize display, paid social, and SMO campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Linked

- Lead Test & Learn initiatives, A/B tests, and new approaches to identify opportunities and maximize performance.
- Implement advanced KPI tracking and cross-channel dashboards, analyze performance, and produce actionable and scalable insights, with concrete recommendations and next steps to improve future campaigns.
- Share results and learnings with internal teams and local markets to increase visibility and strengthen the impact of campaigns Group-wide.**Cross-Channel and Brand Coordination**
- Ensure coherence and alignment of acquisition and communication strategies across all channels: display, social, PPC, CRM, and content marketing.
- Work with channel owners to harmonize messaging, creatives, and audiences while maximizing campaign synergies.
- Collaborate with the Brand / Creative / Content team to guarantee alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Manage and mentor Display & Paid Social Specialists.
- Maintain relationships with external partners (agencies, Google, Meta, Criteo…) to optimize performance and integrate advertising innovations.**International and Local Collaboration**
- Serve as the main point of contact for local markets regarding campaign adaptation according to specific country needs.
- Share best practices and coordinate initiatives with local and international marketing teams.**Market Watch and Innovation**
- Monitor market trends, new platform features, and industry innovations to keep the Group at the forefront of display, paid social and SMO.
- Identify opportunities for automation, large-scale personalization, and data-driven optimization.**Candidate Profile** **Experience and Technical Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, including 2-3 years in a management or coordination role overseeing display, paid social, and SMO campaigns.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms: Meta, Linked
In, Tik
Tok, Google Ads, DV360, Criteo.
- Expertise in data and analytics: GA4, attribution tools, advanced reporting, and cross- channel dashboards.
- Experience managing significant media budgets and optimizing ROI.
- Experience in cross-channel coordination with other marketing levers (search, email, content marketing).**Education :*
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Digital, Communication, or equivalent.**Personal Qualities :**
- Strong leadership and ability to manage specialist profiles.
- Strategic vision and ability to translate business objectives into operational action plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across international and local markets.
