The Team
Our European Valuation & Modelling business is dynamic and fast‑growing. We operate across the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and France with no conflict constraints, enabling seamless cross‑border work. We provide a full suite of valuation and modelling services in Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, Private Equity, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities, and Financial & Tax reporting.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Managing Directors in France and across EMEA on business development activities including proposals, pitches & networking
- Lead multiple complex valuation engagements while collaborating with industry specialists across teams
- Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
- Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
- Contribute to team development through formal and informal training

Qualifications
- Significant valuation experience in a Big 4 or independent valuation or consulting firm
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Fluent business‑level French and English; additional European languages valued
- Well‑developed network across French business leader communities
- Ambitious and driven in an entrepreneurial culture
