Director, Segment & Revenue Marketing (Maternity Cover)
We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Director, Segment & Revenue Marketing to join our Revenue Marketing France team on a fixed‑term basis, covering a period of maternity leave. This is a high‑impact opportunity to lead a critical function during a period of strategic importance for the organisation.
What You’ll be Doing
- Drive segment‑level commercial performance, taking full accountability for MRR, ARPU, NRR and pipeline contribution
- Shape and execute segment strategy in alignment with the global ICP taxonomy (MB / SB / CPA), turning high‑level priorities into concrete market action
- Unite Growth, Sales and Partnerships around shared segment goals, acting as the connective tissue that keeps cross‑functional momentum moving in the same direction
- Serve as the commercial voice into Product, converting real market signals and revenue insights into crisp, actionable input that shapes the roadmap
- Lead high‑impact strategic initiatives spanning product launches, regulatory shifts, migrations and business transformations
- Own performance outcomes, building the dashboards, making the prioritisation calls and navigating the trade‑offs that keep the business on track
- Craft executive‑level updates and recommendations that influence decisions at the highest level
- Bring clarity, structure and forward momentum during the maternity cover period, leaving the team and business in a stronger position than you found it
Job located in France (hybrid), with up to two remote working days per week
What You Bring
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful exposure to segment ownership, business ownership, or a P&L‑adjacent role
- A track record of owning revenue‑linked KPIs; you’ve had MRR, ARPU, NRR or pipeline on your scorecard and you’ve moved them
- Solid understanding of both product‑led and channel‑led growth models, and the judgment to know when to lean on each
- Comfort operating in complex, regulated or high‑stakes environments, ambiguity doesn’t slow you down, it sharpens your thinking
- A natural cross‑functional leader, you know how to align people and create momentum without relying on direct authority
- Executive‑level communication skills: you write and speak with structure, clarity and credibility, and you know how to land a recommendation in the room
- Pragmatic, resilient and relentlessly focused on impact, you’re here to move the needle, not manage the process
- Fluency in both French and English is required
Bonus points if you bring
- Experience with partner ecosystems, regulated SaaS markets, or leading large‑scale business transformations
