Director Partnerships Development

The Partnerships Development Director is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new strategic partners within a defined geographical area. This key role aims to develop a high-impact partnership portfolio aligned with Coral Gardeners’ mission. Working closely with the CEO, the Partnerships Development Director ensures the organization’s revenue growth by securing new partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Business Development / Prospecting - Identify and target new potential partners within the assigned geographical area;
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches to generate interest and initiate partnerships;
• Lead negotiations through to partnership closure;
• Ensure that each partnership aligns with Coral Gardeners’ values, strategic objectives, and partnership guidelines;
• Take the lead on partnership renewals or upgrades;
• Proactively propose long‑term strategic developments and growth opportunities.

Skills

• Ability to navigate complex corporate environments;
• Capacity to develop and execute long‑term growth strategies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising—ideally within an NGO or social impact organization;
• University degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
