Director of Global Sales – EU, ME, UK
The Director of Global Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, leading regional commercial strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across all channels. This role owns retailer partnerships, field performance, and cross-functional execution, ensuring strong alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and education teams. The position requires a strategic yet hands‑on leader who can translate brand priorities into actionable market plans and deliver measurable business impact.
As a member of the international sales team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the SVP of Finance, Sales & Operations.
This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, with primary responsibilities conducted in the field and open to candidates based in France. The position requires working in PST hours. The work environment is primarily field-based; however, candidates must have reliable internet access and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace to perform administrative and other office‑related duties.
This role will be employed through an Employer of Record partner in France, not directly through Luxury Brand Partners, LLC and subject to provincial employment standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Define and execute regional commercial strategy across key accounts, markets, and channels (brick‑and‑mortar and e‑commerce).
- Own regional revenue targets, market share growth, and forecasting accuracy with clear accountability for results.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategy and drive profitable growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities, white spaces, and new distribution channels.
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for major accounts, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment, and execution excellence.
- Lead negotiations, annual planning, and joint business plans with retail partners.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and execution across all points of sale.
- Develop and implement best‑in‑class field sales and education strategies to maximize store productivity and sales conversion.
- Lead, coach, and performance‑manage regional field teams to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee training initiatives, masterclasses, and retailer events to strengthen brand expertise and in‑store performance.
- Partner closely with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, VM, and digital teams to align priorities and deliver integrated plans.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of launches, promotions, and regional initiatives.
- Communicate performance insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership with transparency and actionable recommendations.
- Manage trade investment, promotional budgets, and field expenses to maximize ROI and improve P&L performance.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to ensure strong financial discipline and operational efficiency.
- Establish clear processes, reporting frameworks, and performance standards across markets.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing commercial organization across Europe/UK and the Middle East
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and results‑driven execution.
QUALIFICATIONS

- 8–12+ years of commercial, sales, or business leadership experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or consumer brands. Sephora experience required
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing major retail accounts across multiple markets.
- Strong leadership experience managing regional or multi‑country teams.
- Advanced strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, matrixed, and multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English required; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a high level of detail in a high‑pressure environment
- Has the ability to roll up your sleeves and work in a start‑up environment with high accountability and a player‑coach mentality
- Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and other Microsoft suite tools, as well as ERP systems such as Netsuite
This position will oversee the Sales Coordinator EU/UK/ME position.
