You define and implement the Division’s strategy in line with the Group’s direction, with a dual focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Define and embody the Division’s strategy in France, in line with the Group’s direction and market dynamics.
- Lead the overall performance of the business, with full accountability for results, sustainable growth and operational excellence.
- Shape an agile, high‑performing organization able to support market transformation and capture development opportunities.
- Accelerate commercial momentum by sharpening market priorities, developing high‑potential segments and strengthening go‑to‑market effectiveness.
- Identify new growth drivers through innovation, services, digitalization and the development of strategic partnerships.
- Activate synergies in a One Siemens mindset, in close collaboration with other divisions, cross‑functional teams and key account organizations.
- Build senior‑level relationships with customers and key stakeholders in order to strengthen the Division’s impact, visibility and influence.
- Develop teams and talents by fostering an environment of trust, high standards, accountability and leadership development.
- Represent Siemens DI France internally and externally with regional bodies, the Group, strategic customers and key professional ecosystems (GIMELEC, etc.).
- Ensure a high level of governance, compliance and risk management in support of sustainable and responsible performance.

Required experience and skills
- Proven experience in general management, business unit leadership or entity management, gained in complex industrial, technological or transformation‑driven environments.
- A strong ability to drive growth and performance, with a sharp understanding of business, financial and organizational challenges.
- Recognized credibility in business development, senior client relationships and leadership within matrix organizations.
- A deep understanding of industrial transformation, automation, digitalization and customer value creation.
- A unifying leadership style, able to set a clear direction, bring teams along over time and create the conditions for demanding collective performance.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal impact, enabling you to represent Siemens effectively with senior stakeholders in France and internationally.
- A higher education background in engineering, possibly complemented by an MBA, is an asset for this position.
- A very good level of communication in French and English.
