Snipe RH is supporting a fast-growing, independent European company operating an integrated industrial model with strong operational intensity.

The company operates in a high-volume, quality-driven environment, focusing on performance and value creation while scaling operations, optimizing processes, and tightening profitability controls.

At a pivotal stage of its development, the company is seeking to appoint its Chief Executive Officer to accelerate structuring efforts and support an ambitious, controlled growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the shareholders, you will assume full responsibility for the company and act as the architect of transformation, performance, and scale-up.

• Defining and executing the mid-term growth strategy
• Driving overall financial performance (P&L, margins, cash flow, investments)
• Structuring and optimizing industrial and operational processes
• Building and professionalizing the procurement function, securing supply chains, and diversifying the supplier base
• Leading, aligning, and developing operational and support teams around clear and measurable objectives
• Implementing effective governance, robust management tools, and shareholder-level reporting
• Supporting the company through a significant scale-up phase (volumes, organization, systems, standards)

Profile

We are primarily looking for a transformation-driven leader, rather than a sector specialist.

• Top-tier higher education (engineering degree, business school, or equivalent)
• Proven experience (10+ years) in industrial, operational, or process-intensive environments
• Strong procurement expertise, including structuring, negotiation, and supply security
• Background as CEO or COO within a growing SME or mid-sized company, ideally under strong profitability constraints
• Demonstrated ability to manage field teams, complex flows, significant volumes, and demanding quality standards
• Strong results-oriented mindset, natural leadership, and a proven ability to structure, transform, and scale an organization
