• Implement DevSecOps strategies and processes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
• Perform code analysis and security reviews
• Support development teams with tooling and best practices
• Monitor systems and ensure reliability and performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience as DevSecOps Engineer
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD practices
• Experience with tools such as Git, GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in multicultural environments

• Experience in cloud-native environments
• Security certifications
