Demand Generation Growth Marketer
LGM has 25K users and strong brand presence (webinars, LinkedIn, communities). The gap: We generate awareness but activation systems are immature. We’re leaving high-intent leads on the table.
Your mission: Build the demand gen engine that turns awareness into activated, qualified leads for our Acquisition team.
How you’ll do it: You prototype systems yourself (landing pages, workflows, sequences), validate with data, document what works, then hand to Brand Experts for scale execution. You’re a builder-strategist , not a pure strategist.
The handoff: You generate and activate leads with strong buying signals → Acquisition team converts them to signups.
What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll run our 7-step Growth Methodology:
1. Analyze → Dig into data to find high-leverage opportunitiesExample: Discover 2nd-time webinar attendees show 3x stronger buying signals
2. Hypothesize → Design experiments to capture the opportunityExample: Build system to get more attendees to 2nd webinar
3. Build → Prototype MVPs yourself in hours (landing pages, workflows, tracking)Example: Launch multi-webinar nurture in 4.5h (Webflow + Customer.io)
4. Measure → Track results in dashboards you createdExample: Validate 2.75x improvement in activated lead rate
5. Document → Write runbooks for proven systemsExample: Create “Multi-Webinar Nurture” template
6. Scale → Hand to Brand Experts who execute at volumeExample: Community Builder runs for all webinars

How You’ll Spend Your Week
50% - Build & Test: Prototype experiments: landing pages, workflows, email sequences, tracking setups
30% - Analyze & Design: Dig into data, identify opportunities, design hypotheses for next tests
20% - Scale & Collaborate: Document proven systems, hand to Brand Experts, collaborate with Acquisition team on lead handoff
Who You’ll Work With
Your Brand Team: 2 Brand Experts (you don’t manage them, but they execute your proven systems):
Community Builder : Webinars (MC), Creator program, Paid influence
Community Manager : LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter
Your focus: Generate awareness + activate leads.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Acquisition Team: You hand them activated leads → they convert to signups (their KPI, not yours)
PMM Team: GTM alignment, messaging, positioning
Growth Senior: Mentorship, methodology, cross-team optimization
Key Metrics (How You’re Evaluated)
North-star: Awareness → Activated Leads
Brand Team KPIs (your responsibility):
Awareness: Webinar registrations, LinkedIn reach, community engagement
Activation rate: Brand touchpoints (attendees, profile visitors, engagers) → activated leads with buying signals
Engagement quality: Repeat interactions, multi-channel engagement, intent signals
Lead handoff quality: % of activated leads that Acquisition team qualifies as SQL-ready
Speed of experimentation: Tests launched per month
Acquisition Team KPIs (not your responsibility):
- Activated leads → Signups (they own this conversion)
You’re measured on: Systems that reliably generate awareness and high-quality activated leads, not final signup conversions.
Your First 4 Months
Month 1: Onboard, analyze current systems, setup tracking where missing
Months 2-4: Build & validate experiments to hit 3 goals:
Improve webinar engagement rate (registrants → attendees → repeat attendees)
Increase activated lead volume (engaged prospects showing buying signals)
Improve lead quality (activated leads → qualified for Acquisition team handoff)
Success = measurable uplift on these 3 metrics by month 4.
Experience
(3-5 years) B2B SaaS Growth/Demand Gen with measurable results, IC Growth role or Founder with full KPI ownership (not just campaign manager)
Technical Skills (You Build Things Yourself)
Create landing pages, workflows, forms, tracking without dev help
Tool proficiency: Marketing automation (Customer.io), Analytics (GA4/Mixpanel), Automation (Zapier/Make/n8n), No-code builders (Webflow)
Setup custom events & dashboards independently
Mindset
Prototyping speed: 80% solution in 20% time to test fast
Data fluency: Comfortable with dashboards, funnels, incomplete data
Systems thinking: You automate, you don’t do things manually 10x
Language
Fluent French + English (written and spoken)

You can name 10+ tools you use hands‑on monthly (not just “heard of”)
You think “I can build this in 2 hours” not “I need to brief someone”
You test fast, fail fast, scale what works (not perfectionism)

Growth = systems you build, not campaigns you manage
You can show examples of experiments you’ve built with measurable results

You haven’t built a prototype yourself in the last 6 months
You need perfect data before deciding
You think technical execution is “not your job”
You can’t name 5+ tools you use to build/test weekly
