Role Summary

Purpose

To lead the optimization of high-volume lithium-ion cell assembly lines using AI-driven process controls while ensuring strict compliance with the 2026 EU AI Act and ESG mandates.

Impact

This role directly influences production yield, carbon footprint per kWh, and the successful deployment of the 'Battery Passport' for European markets.

Team Structure

Part of the Process Engineering Excellence team, collaborating with Data Scientists, Chemical Engineers, and ESG Compliance Officers.

Senior Process Engineering Manager

Working Conditions

Travel Required

15%

Mainly office hours (8:00 - 17:00), but requires flexibility for 24/7 production support during line commissioning phases.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a dry-room environment (ISO 7 cleanroom) for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of testing equipment up to 10kg.
