D365 F&O Delivery Manager (F/M)

We are looking for a Microsoft D365 F&0 Delivery Manager for our IT Director, based at the group's headquarters in Levallois-Perret, who covers all Finance and Logistics operations of AAG France.

The Delivery Manager reports to the MS D365 F&0 Lead.

The missions are:

Delivery - D365 F&0.

• Ensure the construction of sprints with stakeholders including business teams, IT team and TMA/Evolution team (KPMG)
• Guarantee the consistency of production releases according to established schedule
• Establish the capacity schedule to be carried out, KPMG development and test/validation of the business teams.
• Establish a 3-month and 6-month visibility of needs and determine the capacity of the KPMG (development) and business (testing/validation) teams.
• Analysis of the need formulated by the Business Units in line with the AAG strategy
• Ensure, with the Application Support & Maintenance Manager, that the KPMG monthly lump sum budget (75.5 Evolutions and 55 Support/Maintenance days) is maintained
• Participation in the Copro (weekly), Copil (monthly) decision-making bodies and preparation of the CoStrat (biannual)
• Full member of the Demand Committee and CAB on the scope of the D365 F&0 and Gescom applications).

Delivery – Outillage (Service Now – Devop’s)

• Contribute to the use and deployment of IT tools
• Guarantee the adequacy of these two tools with the industrialization and process control strategy
• Alignment of all stakeholders on the approach
• Implementation of reporting and KPIs for IT and business teams

Profile and qualities required, at least

• Holder of at least a Bac+5 in project management or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience required
• Excellent level of oral and written communication

Qualities and expertise, which will make the difference:

• General knowledge of project management tools on the market (ServiceNow, JIRA, Devop's...)
• Knowledge of Continuous Development Processes (CICD)
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience switching from BUILD to RUN
• Desired technical expertise: MS D365 F&0, Manhattan, Middelware Lobster
• Desired business knowledge: Supply chain, Commerce, AdSales, Finance
• Very good knowledge of the MS Devop's solution
• Ability to operate in complex environments

Additional information:

• 3 days of teleworking per week / 2 days per week on -site at our Distribution Center in Saint Fargeau Ponthierry (77)
