BUSINESS ANALYST D365 F&O (F/M)

We are looking for a D365 F&O Business Analyst for our IT department, based at the group's headquarters in Levallois-Perret, in the Finance department, who covers all Finance and Accounting operations of AAG France.

The position reports to the Head of the D365 F&0 Competence Center, France

Mission

You will actively participate in the financial optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in constant transformation. You will participate in the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities within all the group's entities and you will coordinate with the FIRST Sales Administration teams the definition and validation of business needs. You will support them in the deployment of functionalities.

You will lead relations and meetings with the FIRST (biggest national distribution center in France) management.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the logistics and sales road map and translate its needs into D365
• To increase the skills of business user keys in the daily use of D365
• Be a force of proposal in the continuous improvement of processes
• Accompany and conduct scoping, analysis and design workshops
• Participate in the evolution of D365 Commerce by carrying out:
• Analysis and design: You work closely with customers to analyze their business processes and define their needs
• Solution implementation: You propose and configure the most effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to automate and improve their operations
• Customization and integration: You adapt the solution to the specific needs of the customer via advanced settings and, if necessary, specific developments
• Training and support: You motivate and involve key users, ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption of the solution
• Support and optimization: Before and after the go-live, you accompany the customer until they achieve their goals
• Close collaboration with our partner TMA and Development
• Participate in the application committee, and prepare topics for the weekly CAB
• Project teamwork: You collaborate with functional and technical consultants, solution architects and project managers to ensure a successful implementation

Profile and qualities required, at least

• Bac+4/5 training (engineering school, master's degree), with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the D365 F&O solution
• Expertise, control and configuration of D365 standard processes
• Mastery of project management methods: Agile, Scrum, V-cycle, PMP, Prince2.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualities and expertise, which will make the difference:

• Professional background in the Retail sector (franchise, member, network of points of sale, distribution, transport, e-commerce)
• General knowledge of project management tools on the market (ServiceNow, JIRA, Devop's, RSAT...)
• Knowledge of integration middleware solutions, Lobster and knowledge of the Azure platform is a plus.

Additional information:

• 3 days of teleworking per week
• 2 days in Saint Fargeau Ponthierry site (77)
