Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Czech Speaking Solutions Consultant with fully paid relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria! We are seeking a proactive and innovative individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored technology solutions that drive their business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and present customized solutions that effectively tackle client challenges.
• Provide expert advice and insights to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions to empower clients to maximize their use of our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance client discussions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
