Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English
• Experience in solutions consulting or customer service is a big plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a heart for client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients
• A good understanding of technology solutions and a passion for learning new tools
• A self‑motivated individual with great organizational skills to manage multiple projects
