Country Manager

International Talent Partnership is proudly supporting a rapidly expanding international technology company, who are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its growth in France. Operating at the forefront of smart building automation and energy efficiency, the organisation is scaling across Europe and views France as a critical market in its next phase of expansion.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong background in technical B2B sales and a passion for innovative, sustainable technologies. You will take ownership of the French market, lead a local team, and drive growth through modern, digitally enabled sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a nationwide partner network
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing local team
• Oversee operations of the French office based close to Lyon
• Execute and adapt the company’s international growth strategy for the French market
• Identify and secure strategic B2B opportunities within the smart building and automation sector
• Ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of partner-led projectsAct as the primary market representative, building strong brand presence and credibility

Your Profile

• Degree or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, energy systems, automation, mechatronics, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in business development, key account management, or sales leadership within a technical B2B environment
• Experience working with digital or hybrid sales processes
• Proven ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on approach with a results‑driven mindset
• Adaptable, innovative, and commercially astute
• Comfortable operating in a largely virtual sales environment with limited travel
• Willingness to undertake onboarding at an international headquarters location
• Fluency in both French and English
