We’re looking for a driven and strategic National Commercial Manager – Ambulatory Infusion Systems to take ownership of a high-impact market. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding access to innovative drug delivery solutions that improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and elevate patient experience across multiple care settings. Your remit will be to deliver results through exceptional leadership of circa 8 medical sales professionals.

However this is more than a sales leadership role—it’s a chance to influence how therapy is delivered in critical areas such as oncology, parenteral nutrition, and pain management. You’ll play a central role in bringing clinically proven, user-friendly infusion technologies to healthcare providers and patients who rely on them every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and execute a national commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Build and expand key accounts across hospitals, homecare providers, and specialist markets
  • Navigate and win complex tender and procurement processes
  • Partner with key opinion leaders and represent the business at major national congresses
  • Deliver market insights and strategic direction to senior leadership

What you’ll bring:

  • 8–10 years of success in medical device sales, including leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong background in infusion systems, drug delivery, or critical care technologies
  • Deep understanding of French healthcare systems, tenders, and procurement pathways
  • Fluency in French and strong professional English
  • A degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or business (preferred)
