National Sales Manager

National Sales Manager, Medical Aesthetics, Paris, France

Working for a US manufacturer, this role is focused on leading the national sales performance of a premium medical aesthetics business across France. You will drive commercial growth through strong sales leadership, structured execution and high level clinic engagement, while developing a high performing and commercially disciplined sales organisation.

You will combine strategic oversight with hands on market involvement, supporting both team performance and key account development across the French aesthetics market.

The Role

• Lead and develop the national sales team across France
• Drive revenue growth through stronger commercial execution and account expansion
• Coach and support the field team to improve performance, customer engagement and territory management
• Build relationships with leading clinics, injectors and key opinion leaders within aesthetics
• Support the development of strategic accounts and major clinic partnerships
• Monitor sales activity, forecasting, CRM performance and commercial KPIs
• Use market intelligence and sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve territory effectiveness
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align commercial strategy with field execution
• Represent the business at congresses, workshops and industry events

Your Background

• Experience leading sales teams within aesthetics, medical devices or a related healthcare sector
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving performance
• Comfortable managing both people and strategic customer relationships
• Credible with clinic owners, injectors and senior commercial stakeholders
• Structured and analytical approach to sales management, forecasting and territory planning
• Hands on leadership style with the ability to influence performance in the field
• Professional English language capability
• Based in the Paris region with flexibility for national travel
