Consultant in Digital Transformation - Banking and Finance H/F

After a training period, you will be able to work on one or more phases of projects:

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze the client's needs
• Benchmark solutions
• Translate user needs through drafting of functional specifications and/or requirements documents
• Manage and coordinate the various stakeholders, leading steering committees
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
• Test and validate the developed solution
• Support user training and change management
• Assist with deployment

Qualifications

• Higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university with an interest in the Banking and Finance sector
• Fluency in French
• Strong sense of service, autonomy, and a leadership mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
