The Risk and Insurance Department is a center of expertise for the Bouygues Construction Group, and is looking for its future Construction Risk and Insurance Manager. You will work within a dynamic team to support operational entities on all issues related to contractual risks and insurance at every stage of a project: commercial phase, execution, and post-delivery.
Responsibilities
- Management of guarantees and risks, project risk analysis and adaptation of insurance clauses
- Risk transfer to the insurance market or to third parties
- Monitoring of insurance budgets
- Handling major claims with brokers, experts, lawyers
- Statistical monitoring of claims and analysis of causes
- Contribution to the development of prevention procedures
- Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Construction, After-Sales)
- Relations with external partners (Brokers, Insurers, Experts, Lawyers)
Profile / Qualifications
- Higher education (Law, Management, Economics, Business School, Insurance School, Specialized Master’s)
- First successful experience in a Risk Department, Legal Department, Insurance Company, or Brokerage Firm
- Excellent command of English and strong cultural openness
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening, initiative, rigor, and responsiveness
