This role sits within the Risk and Insurance Department, a center of expertise for the Bouygues Construction Group (France and International).

Within a dynamic team of around fifteen people, you will support operational entities on all issues related to contractual risks and insurance, at every stage of a project: commercial phase, execution, and post-delivery.

Your main responsibilities

• Management of guarantees and risks: Project risk analysis and adaptation of insurance clauses; Risk transfer to the insurance market or to third parties; Monitoring of insurance budgets

Claims management

• Handling major claims with brokers, experts, lawyers
• Statistical monitoring of claims and analysis of causes
• Contribution to the development of prevention procedures

Cross-functional interactions

• Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Construction, After-Sales)
• Relations with external partners (Brokers, Insurers, Experts, Lawyers)

Profile

• Higher education (Law, Management, Economics, Business School, Insurance School, Specialized Master’s)
• First successful experience in a Risk Department, Legal Department, Insurance Company, or Brokerage Firm
• Excellent command of English and strong cultural openness
• Strong interpersonal skills, listening, initiative, rigor, and responsiveness
