Comptable Clients (H/F) / Accounts Receivable Accountant (F/M)

Account Receivable

• Create and modify customer accounts
• Create financial invoices and credit notes
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory rules of the invoicing process
• Check the payment allocation
• Analyze customer accounts, monitor late payments and disputes, and follow up as needed in collaboration with the Sales department
• Participate in monthly reporting and the closing of annual accounts within your scope

Cash Accounting

• Allocate daily cash‑in and cash‑out movements in the appropriate accounts
• Perform and formalize bank reconciliations, justify month‑end balances

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience and hands‑on experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG) and tax and regulatory requirements; IFRS knowledge a plus
• BTS degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Professional proficiency in English, as an international work environment
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, good organizational skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team; ability to standardize processes, implement procedures, and ensure their proper application

Salary Package

• Fixed salary on 13 months: between €27k and €30k

Recruitment Process

• Telephone pre‑qualification: first conversation to understand your background, motivation, and answer questions
• Technical interviews (2 stages): discussions with managers to evaluate your skills and align with job and team challenges
• HR interview: in‑depth interview supported by a behavioral assessment, covering key points from technical interviews and discussing your fit within ACC and employment conditions
