What We Do MyC is a secure, cloud-native Electronic Health Record (EHR) system designed for Enterprise Health. Initially built for frontier use cases, we’ve since earned the trust of global enterprises like Procter & Gamble—proof of our product’s robustness and operational maturity.
Today, we’re scaling our operations across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, focusing on industries where compliance, prevention, and health risk management are business-critical.

2. Why we need you
The Role We just closed our Series A and kept being in hypergrowth, yet sustained and almost profitable since we launched our product to the market in 2022. We are a french based company and we just opened a subsidiary in the US, our solution is deployed in more than 50 countries across the globe.
After a few years of founder-led then external CFO and FP&A Manager, it’s now time to onboard our first full-time resource. You will be supported by our external CFO for a smooth onboarding process. On top of receiving part-time support from our external CFO, you’ll be designing and managing your team of external supports.
Our Series A will support us in reaching at least a 10m€ ARR milestone; but the target is way higher, build the leading company in our market, reaching 100+m€ ARR.
Joining us, you will be a "Player-Coach": strategic enough to work with the founders and executives, but operational to keep building and reinforcing the necessary infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build, monitor, and optimize the annual budget, Business Plan (BP), and rolling forecasts.
Produce reliable monthly reporting, including P&L and Cash Flow statements.
Design, maintain, and present dashboards featuring KPIs tailored to the business and the needs of decision-makers.
Prepare financial analyses for the Board, investors, and various internal departments.
Cash Management
Monitor daily and projected cash flow.
Optimize accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.
Manage accounts payable and expenditure plans.
Secure the runway and anticipate funding needs (short, medium, and long-term) as well as grants/subsidies.
Accounting & Tax
Coordinate with external accounting firms and ensure the quality and timeliness of monthly and annual closings (accuracy, compliance, deadlines).
Guarantee compliance with tax and social obligations (VAT, local business taxes, tax filings, and potential SaaS-specific taxes) in France and international subsidiaries.
Maintain and improve internal accounting processes (invoicing, expense reports, procurement, fixed assets).
Implement controls for payment methods and departmental budget tracking.
Manage R&D tax credit applications (French JEI, CIR, CII).
Administrative Structuring & Compliance
Update internal procedures (purchasing, spend authorization, validation, archiving) and monitor mandatory and optional regulatory requirements to ensure optimal structural efficiency.
Manage vendor contracts, internal SaaS subscriptions, and insurance policies; negotiate terms to the company's best advantage.
Manage relationships with banks and statutory auditors (CAC).
Oversee corporate compliance in collaboration with department heads (GDPR, contractual compliance, delegation of authority).
Human Resources
Supervise payroll in coordination with the social/payroll provider.
Track HR costs, hiring plans, variable compensation, and expense reports.
If required, implement HR tools (HRIS, time management systems).
Participate in maintaining and updating internal policies with the internal stakeholders.
Strategic Support & Operations
Prepare investor relations materials (Board packs, quarterly reporting).
Support and Model growth scenarios, including pricing strategies, geographic expansion, and new product launches.
Support the founders in the general structuring and scaling of the company.

Your profile to make this a success
Mandatory required skills
Master’s Degree in Finance, Management Consulting, Business School, or an equivalent field.
7 years of experience in corporate finance, within a Big 4 (PWC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) audit or financial services, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), then a similar role within a startup/scale-up environment. Experience in B2B SaaS is a significant plus.
Proven ability to structure a finance department within a high-growth environment.
Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
In-depth knowledge of SaaS KPIs and financial modeling.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pennylane, QuickBooks, Axonaut, etc.).
Strong understanding of corporate law and tax compliance.
Knowledge of HR payroll management is appreciated.
Soft Skills
Meticulous, organized, and absolute reliability.
Highly autonomous with strong prioritization and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with Tech, Sales, and Product teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset: pragmatic and solution-oriented.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
