Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Overview
As our Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will provide expert guidance and consultative support to managers and employees on compensation, benefits, rewards, and internal mobility programs. This role builds relevant policies, advises on market competitiveness, and develops total rewards programs. While this role does not require people management, it may train more junior roles. It directly impacts employee motivation, career growth, and retention. Requires advisory and influencing skills; strong understanding of job evaluation, career frameworks, and mobility programs; ability to interpret benchmarking data, mobility trends, and HR risks; clear communication at executive level; knowledge of labor law and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, rewards, and internal mobility programs to managers and employees.
- Develop and update total rewards policies; advise on market competitiveness.
- Influence and advise stakeholders to support alignment with business strategy and compliance.
- Support career growth and retention initiatives through compensation and mobility programs.
