Your role
As part of the Holding & Central Functions HR team (around 20 people) and reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in managing Compensation & Benefits. You will support a population of approximately 1,000 employees , including top management , in an international environment mainly spread across Paris, Amsterdam, Bucharest , and other European locations. As a trusted business partner , you will act as a key point of contact for executive management and other support functions (Finance, Risk, etc.). You will also work closely with central teams on projects related to compensation and HR data.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Deploy and implement Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on simplification, harmonization, and standardization of global reward processes
- Manage the end‑to‑end HR lifecycle for Ayvens HQ employees, including Top Management
- Advise on compensation packages for new hires and internal appointments
- Manage annual salary review and variable compensation campaigns
- Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, external advisors, data providers)
HR Reporting & Data
- Produce HR dashboards and key social indicators (headcount, payroll, performance, benefits, etc.)
- Prepare regulatory studies, surveys, and internal/external HR reporting
- Provide decision‑support tools and KPIs to HR teams and managers
- Prepare HR documentation and materials for employee representative bodies (Works Council / Employee Committees)
- In close collaboration with local HR teams, ensure the reliability of HR data administration, including payroll data, documentation, and archiving
Budget
- Manage cost recharging for seconded employees
- Contribute to HR budget preparation, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams
Projects & Transformation
- Contribute to the rollout and, where possible, automation of compensation processes and tools (Workday, ADP, reporting tools)
- Participate in harmonization projects across countries
Your profile
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits role in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills with a strong interest in HR data
- Experience leading projects and liaising with senior stakeholders
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Good understanding of payroll is important for this role
- Ability to work independently and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent French and English are required
