Your role
As part of the Holding & Central Functions HR team (around 20 people) and reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in managing Compensation & Benefits.
You will support a population of approximately 1,000 employees , including top management , in an international environment mainly spread across Paris, Amsterdam, Bucharest , and other European locations.
As a trusted business partner , you will act as a key point of contact for executive management and other support functions (Finance, Risk, etc.). You will also work closely with central teams on projects related to compensation and HR data.
Key responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Deploy and implement Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on simplification, harmonization, and standardization of global reward processes
Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle for Ayvens HQ employees, including Top Management
Advice on compensation packages for new hires and internal appointments
Manage annual salary review and variable compensation campaigns
Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders (HR, Finance, Risk, external advisors, data providers)
HR Reporting & Data
Produce HR dashboards and key social indicators (headcount, payroll, performance, benefits, etc.)
Prepare regulatory studies, surveys, and internal/external HR reporting
Provide decision-support tools and KPIs to HR teams and managers
Prepare HR documentation and materials for employee representative bodies (Works Council / Employee Committees)
