Key Responsibilities
- HR Reporting & Data
- Contribute to the collection, consolidation, and validation of HR data
- Support the production and updating of HR dashboards (headcount, payroll, compensation, benefits, performance)
- Carry out basic quantitative analyses based on HR data (headcount tracking, payroll evolution, key indicators)
- Participate in the preparation of recurring reports for the HR Leadership Team and Finance
- Compensation & Benefits – Support
- Provide support to the team during annual compensation campaigns (salary reviews, variable compensation)
- Contribute to the updating of C&B databases and compensation benchmarks
- Assist in the preparation of analysis materials and HR presentations (Excel, PowerPoint)
- HR analytics
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory surveys and studies
- Support the development of HR documentation (Works Council materials, internal reporting)
- Assist with the organisation, archiving, and structuring of HR data and documentation
- Projects & Tools
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects related to data, HRIS tools, or HR reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of reporting processes
Skills & Experience Required
- Master’s student (HR, Finance, Controlling, Data, Economics, or equivalent)
- First experience in HR, Finance, or Data appreciated (internship or apprenticeship)
- Strong interest in numbers, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and rigor
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Professional proficiency in French and English

Missions principales
- Reporting & Data RH
- Participer à la collecte, la consolidation et la fiabilisation des données RH
- Contribuer à la production et à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH (effectifs, masse salariale, rémunération, avantages sociaux, performance)
- Réaliser des analyses quantitatives simples à partir des données RH (suivi des effectifs, évolutions de masse salariale, indicateurs clés)
- Participer à la préparation des reportings récurrents à destination de la Direction RH et de la Finance
- Compensation & Benefits – Support
- Apporter un support à l’équipe dans le cadre des campagnes annuelles de rémunération (revues salariales, rémunération variable)
- Contribuer à la mise à jour des bases de données C&B et des référentiels de rémunération
- Aider à la préparation de supports d’analyse et de présentations RH (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Études RH
- Contribuer à la préparation des enquêtes et études réglementaires
- Participer à l’élaboration de la documentation RH (supports CSE / Comités d’Entreprise, reporting interne)
- Aider à l’organisation, l’archivage et la structuration des données et documents RH
- Projets & outils
- Participer à des projets RH transverses liés à la data, aux outils SIRH ou au reporting RH
- Contribuer à l’amélioration et à la standardisation des processus de reporting
