Responsibilities
- Implement and help build a high-performing social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Adapt the overall strategy for each channel
- Tailor content to the specific requirements of each platform
- Develop and maintain the cross-functional editorial calendar
- Write and publish: LinkedIn posts, Instagram content, YouTube video contributions
- Contribute to video content production
- Propose innovative content formats
- Publish, respond to, moderate and foster engagement
- Monitor social media KPIs (engagement, reach, growth)
- Be proactive in proposing ideas and help lead activity in your area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in communications or a related field (minimum Bac+3)
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in multi-platform social media management
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Emplifi)
- Experience with video creation tools (e.g. PlayPlay) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to synthesize information
- Rigor, organization, responsiveness, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset
