Community Manager – Organic Growth Intern

Responsibilities

• You will manage Shorts’ official social accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Your responsibilities will include owning and managing the editorial calendar.
• Maintaining a consistent publishing rhythm (minimum 1 post per day).
• Creating content autonomously in CapCut when needed.
• Publishing content across platforms and developing Stories activity.
• Managing community engagement: comments, DMs, moderation.
• Spotting trends and reacting quickly.
• Proposing new content formats, recurring concepts, and creative ideas.
• Monitoring competitors and social media trends.
• Tracking engagement and growth metrics.
• You will also support organic content distribution initiatives across Shorts and other apps.
• Adapting and repurposing content using AI tools.
• Supporting publishing and content operations.
• Coordinating editorial planning across multiple accounts.
• Improving workflows to increase speed and scalability.
• Helping scale content production efficiently without sacrificing creativity.

Requirements

• Fluent written English (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency with CapCut and ability to edit content autonomously.
• Very comfortable with consumer AI tools (video, subtitles, etc.) and able to quickly learn new tools.
• Strong understanding of social media culture and platform codes: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook.
• Enjoy storytelling, drama, entertainment, or viral content ecosystems (bonus points if you do).
• Already have some experience in community management (bonus points if you do).
